This elegant, bright 2nd/top floor unit with king bedroom, teak and rattan furnishings, spacious bath with separate shower and tub, spacious living/dining area and well stocked kitchen offers privacy amid tree top blooms and tropical birdsong. The sunny lanai offers private washer/dryer in the "laundry closet" and an umbrellaed table for warm evening dining un the stars or breakfast coffee with the birds.

Enjoy our 400 sq. ft studio with king bed, spacious bath, "kitchenette" featuring fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender. This economical option is great for couples who do not wish to do alot of cooking but like the option of having breakfast in, making lunch to go or buying fresh ahi and taking it down to the poolside grills. 
 
OR 
 
Combine both the studio and the one bedroom units for a spacious 1200 sq ft, 2 bdrm, 2 ba unit. Each bedroom is a master with ensuite bath, offering ample privacy to two couples. 
 
Both units have a/c and ceiling fans in both the living area and bedrooms. 
 
"Although we live on Oahu, Hawaii, Maui is our favorite island. From cool, serene Kula to the hot, action town of Lahaina, Wailea is right in the middle and offers the best of resort life. Your lovely unit provided everything we needed and more! We enjoyed the selections of dvd's and cd's and although we wanted to leave our laptop behind, we were able to send emails, photos and surf the web. 
We've stayed at the best hotels in Wailea, but after discovering your unit, this is where we will come back to!

    • The Tree Top apartment and/or Tree Top Studio are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning in both the living area and bedrooms. The Apartment has a full kitchen with new stainless appliances and everything you might need to make a gourmet meal or share MaiTai's with friends. Both the one bedroom and studio have brand new pillowtop beds, luxury tropical-modern decor, and open onto a private greenbelt. The units are supplied with all the linen you need and include beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and cooler. Other amenities: hairdryer, iron and ironing board, beach toys, soaps.

    From underwater adventures to on water adventures to adventures atop 10,000 ft dormant volcano, Haleakala (House of the Sun), to the World's most beautiful drive along the "Road to Hana", you can be as active as you wish. Or, just plant your umbrella in the sand and enjoy a good book or bring your binoculars during the popular whale watching months of January to April and enjoy seeing the mother whales teach the young to "breach" out of the water! 
     
    Maui has something for everyone, including world class films, top entertainment at the lovely Maui Arts and Cultural Center, polo matches in "Upcountry" Maui and wine tasting on the cool slopes of Haleakala. See what I mean?

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit is refundable, minus a $50. handling fee. Once we are withing 30/60 days of arrival, your monies are refundable, minus the $50. fee ONLY for those nights we are able to rebook the apartment. Payment is by check or money order in US dollars. If paying with foreign currency, please advise and we are able to invoice you via PayPal for a 3% surcharge. Onsite management available to assist with problems that may arise during your stay.
