Quiet and private unit with fenced patio just steps from Sugar Beach where you can walk for miles. Beach comb, swim, snorkel or surf in the clear warm water. Watch for whales and turtles from the beach or the grassy commom area by the pool which borders the beach. If you are an early riser, watch the sun rise over dormant 10,023ft Mt. Haleakala.
A complete remodel of the unit was completed in the Summer of '06. The fully equipped kitchen and bath feature limestone counters and maple cabinets. Flagstone flooring throughout the unit extends out to the landscaped yard, providing an additional 200 square ft. of private outdoor area. Walls of windows and sliding doors open to the yard bordered by palms, ginger and tropical flowers. The bright and airy unit is comfortable and uncluttered with room to relax while you watch your favorite shows on the 26" flat screen TV. This ground floor unit with two entrances provides disabled access.
Within walking distance is Maalaea Harbor, one of Maui's main harbors, where boats leave on snorkeling, dinner and sunset cruises. During the Winter there are hourly "Whale Watching" cruises on Maalaea Bay. Next to the harbor is the Maui Ocean Center, a world-class Hawaiian aquarium with a clear glass, walk through under water tunnel allowing you to view sharks, manta rays, turtles and beautiful tropical fish without getting wet.
Adjacent to the Aquarium is "Maalaea Village" where you will find several wonderful restaurants from casual to 4-star, most with Ocean or Harbor views. The charming "Harbor Shops" complex features the Pacific Whale Foundation, Moonbow Tropics Clothing (Tommy Bahama), Aloha Wear, The Hawaiian Trading Co., Maui Surf, Maui Discount Gifts, Island Soaps & Candles, A coffee shop, juice and sandwich shop, fresh made cookies and ice cream shop and an art gallery.
At the entrance to Maalaea Village is a Carl's Jr., a 76 gas station and the Maui Golf & Sports Park. The park features two fun and challenging miniature gold courses, a 4000sq. ft. lagoon with water falls, bumper boats, water blaster guns, rock climbing and an X-treme trampoline.
At the beginning to Haouli St. is the Trade-winds Mini Mart and Deli where you can get freshly made sandwiches. They have a nice selection of groceries & wines as well as fresh meats and produce. They also rent movies and snorkeling gear.
Maalaea is centrally located on the Island and with so many other wonderful towns and activities within a short drive you will, no doubt, enjoy a fun, relaxing and memorable vacation.

$400 refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure rental dates. The deposit is refunded within 10 business days of guests departure less any charges for damages or excessive cleaning if required.

Rental fees due within 60 days of arrival date

$100 non refundable cleaning/linen fee

11.52% Hawaiian General excise and Hotel taxes will be charged on rental fees.

Minimum 5 day stay
Minimum 10 day stay when booking Christmas

60 day cancellation policy, $50 cancellation fee

Cancellations less than 60 days produce refunds based on the unit being re-rented
Christmas cancellations must be made before Oct 1st.
