Quiet, romantic, tropical Kana'I A Nalu (Gentle Surf) Condos on Ma'alaea Bay ("Maui's Best Kept Secret") provides the ideal setting for your Hawaiian vacation. A lush tropical garden complete with heated pool and azure water beckons you. The beach is just a few steps from the pool; the miles-long beach and clear water will entice you to walk, swim, snorkel, watch the whales play (December through April) or just relax in the sun. The complex is near the end of a dead-end street, with complimentary off-street parking. 
 
Beach has wonderful areas for children. Watch the sunrise over the beach and 10,023 foot dormant Haleakala (House of the Sun) Volcano. This Maui location is central for optional day trips or for just laying on the beach or by the pool. 
 
Your Maui "home-away-from-home" has all of the comforts you need to make your island vacation special! This luxurious air-conditioned two bedroom two bath unit has a king-size bed in the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined as a king; the bathroom for the guest bedroom has a bath tub and shower. A queen-size sleeper couch in the living room can accommodate up to 2 additional guests. There are ceiling fans in each room. 
 
There is an independent entertainment system in each bedroom and the living room has a HD LCD flat screen. Each site has CD DVD VCR and cable TV. Free wireless and wired Roadrunner broadband internet, and a Dell Computer with Windows XP Pro are provided. 
 
We are centrally located for dinner cruises, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, golfing, shopping or restaurants. There is a world class restaurant within walking distance of our condo. 
 
There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, crock pot, bagel friendly toaster, etc.  
 
The unit includes many other necessities, such as beach towels, beach chairs, picnic cooler, hair dryers, curling irons, iron & ironing board, blackout curtains in both bedrooms, a library of novels to enjoy as you set on the lanai or on the beach. The pool area has a barbecue.  
 
A full kitchen is provided for you, if you choose to dine in, with grocery shopping in nearby Kihei. This place is perfect for couples or a family! Relax on your lanai with a drink and enjoy the view of the ocean, pool and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The views, activities and ocean front location will make your vacation a truly memorable one. The unit is on the third floor, which provides increased privacy and security, with great ocean views. There is elevator service. Free parking in a large parking lot. 
 
The beach in front of the condos stretches for over three miles to the East in front of the Kealia Nature Preserve, which is undeveloped, resulting in very few people on this beautiful white sand beach. Going West on Haouli St. is Ma'alaea Harbor (less than one mile) with its great new Maui Ocean Center aquarium (rated Maui's #1 tourist attraction), dinner cruises, sport fishing, snorkeling cruises, as well as restaurants. Shops and activities include snorkel rental, ice cream shop, convenience store, variety shop, small cafes and snack shops, as well as a miniature golf course. 
 
4 Golf courses are within 5 miles - including Sandalwood, Waikapu, Maui Lani, and Elleair (Silversword), with the world-famous Wailea and Makena courses only a few miles south. Ka'anapali is only 20 minutes north. Other fun resources, bicycle rentals, etc. are near.  
 
We live in the town of Hana, in east Maui and use the condo ourselves. We make every effort to keep our condo well maintained and fully stocked. We are available by local phone during your stay to answer any questions you have about activities and resources on Maui.

Hawaii requires an 12.42% tax be added. Ask about our LAST MINUTE SPECIALS. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be configured as a King. $200 deposit to reserve, balance due 30 days before arrival. All major credit cards accepted. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival we may retain the $200 deposit unless we are able to re-rent the unit. We run special rates often, just inquire. December last minute special $145 a night 7 night minimum.
