Fifty percent deposit on booking. Remainder due 30 days before arrival. A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged to any booking less than seven days. Hawaii requires an additional 11.25% state taxes be added to the rental total. A 10% discount will be given to any booking over 2 weeks. Monthly rates are $3000.00/month.
