There is plenty of room to entertain your family & friends on the kitchen bars outside decks and patio or on the spacious grass lawn. A five person Jacuzzi nestled in a private bamboo oasis awaits you after your day at the beach or sightseeing.

This home is located less than a mile from the Kihei boat ramp where all your boating excrusions depart from including exploring the crater island of Molokini. The resort town of Wailea is minutes away with it's world renown golf courses and shopping. Some of Maui's best beaches are walking distance or a short drive away. Lower 2 Bedroom	$250 per night	cleaning fee is $150

Low Season Price:

$500 per Day

High Season Price:

$900 per Day

Cancellation Policy: A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to all reservations. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Dec 14- Jan 15 reservations) or after arrival date, all payments will be retained. If the subject property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee.
20% down holds your dates with the full amount due 60 days prior to arrival. A one time cleaning fee of $250 is required when renting the entire house. A refundable $500 damage deposit is held on your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and released within 10 days of departure.
