We have a beautifully remodeled condo with granite,fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. The interiors include, cable television, AC, free Internet, local phone service, and a very private lanai. The living room and bedrooms are spacious with high ceilings and furnished with your comfort in mind.

Our guests are families, honeymooners and people celebrating special occasions.

Wailea is located on the dry sunny side of the island. It is a vacation spot for those who enjoy friendly atmosphere, tropical scenery and all the comforts of an exclusive resort. We are very close to the Blue, Gold and Emerald golf courses and the Wailea Tennis Club.

If you wish to get away from noisy traffic and crowded feeling of nearby towns, Wailea is where you want to be.

We are within walking distance of five, white-sand beaches strung along Maui's southern coastline which is connected by a two-mile beach walk. Along the walk there are many five star hotels with excellent restaurants and shopping.

We are also right next to the famous Wailea Tennis Club.

Makena beach is just a short drive where our guests go to snorkel and swim with the giant turtles.

The common area includes two swimming pools, whirlpool spas, gas grills, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Low Season Price : $160
High Season Price : $180 per Day

We require 1/2 payment at the time of reservation and the rest one month before arrival.

There is a separate security deposit of $200 which we do not cash. This is to cover any additional cleaning, or damage, as indicated by the manager. The deposit will be returned to you in full when you check out.

We do not have a cancellation policy. We will make every effort to re-rent the unit and give you a full refund with no service charge.

We accept personal checks or bank drafts. We do not accept credit cards. We will give you the phone number of our condo association so that you can verify our ownership and inquire about our management. This is a second home and a very small business. The condo is not a regular rental unit. It is maintained like a second home with a manager who lives in one of the villas. It is a very high end property.
