Why come to Maui and not have an ocean view? Enjoy the luxury of your own fully stocked home-away-from-home in our immaculate 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo directly across from Kamaole Beach 2, one of the finest swimming beaches on Maui!
You'll have your toes in the sand with a minutes walk from our 3rd floor unit. Our location is ideal--the top floor (3rd) on the ocean end with an extra wall of windows in living area and bedroom affording ocean views and tropical breezes blowing through. The balcony is private and we've seen whales breach while enjoying our morning coffee.
Kihei Kai Nani is a low-density condo located in the heart of the action--you can walk to excellent restaurants, shops and miles of white sandy beaches for swimming, snorkeling or strolling. Sunset watching here has become a community past time!
Our "little grass shack" has a extremely comfy king-sized bed and a double futon in the living room.
It is completely stocked with all the kitchen stuff you'll need as well as linens and all necessary beach equipment including towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. You'll enjoy air conditioning, hi-speed internet, 2 TV's, cable, DVD. The large swimming pool and laundry room are located directly across the parking lot. Free parking is available directly in front of our unit.

Aloha is still practiced at Kihei Kai Nani. This low-density condo complex is small by today's standards and a throw back to quieter, gentler times. Surrounded by over 5 acres of tropical landscaping you'll appreciate the hospitality and ideal location this complex offers. Repeat guests have been coming for over 30 years! In addition to a large pool, you have access to gas BBQ's, shuffle board, a party pavilion and a clean, fresh laundry room. You'll want for nothing but sunny days and a refreshing drink. Enjoy! We promise you'll love our "little grass shack"!

				High Season Price:	$130 per Day

Rates shown are for 2 people and 7 night minimum. Additional charge for extra persons and shorter stays. $300 US Funds Refundable security deposit is required at time of booking. Full rent amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bank checks, personal checks ok. No credit cards except paypal with extra charges. Security deposit may be refunded within 2 weeks after vacancy less any holdback for loss or damage to unit. If reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival, fee is $100. If canceled within 60 days of scheduled arrival, all deposit is forfeited unless unit is rerented then monies will be pro-rated less $100 cancellation fee. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NO PETS Check in 3 PM, Check out 11 AM
