Vacation Rental Description
A darling one story home/cottage directly on the beach on the south shore of Maui. The home enjoys a large yard facing west. the patio has a dining table and 4 chaise lounges. There are beach chairas to take to the beach. It is fun to go to alternate beaches too. All of the beach in Hawaii are owned by the State. You can explore island and pack a picnic (coolers provided).

There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. A second bath room is off the living area so the home works well for 1-4 guests.

The kitchen is complete and the refrigerator has an ice maker, their is a coffee grinder, blender and toaster. The home has a full size washer and dryer.

The home is located in the town of Kihei and is about 10 minutes by car to Wailea and Makena. Golf and tennis are close by and we have Maui guide books to check out the best hiking, biking, surfy and swiming.

Maui enjoys some fine culture also. The Maui Arts and Cultural Center is located in Kahului, Maui about 25 minutes away. There you can find wonderful music, dance and performances.

    • Home has ample beach towels, 2 beach chairs, limited beach/snorkel equipment, gas BBQ and ceiling fans. Along the front of the home is a covered patio facing the ocean. Home is directly on the ocean and there is a wonderful sandy beach. The property views west so the sunsets are magnificent. There are many golf courses within minutes of My Waii and The Wailea Tennis Club is close by or guests can play tennis for free at teh Kalama Park. Boating, golfing, hiking are nearby for your enjoyment. Some of the best restaurants on the island are within short driving distance. during certain times of the year you can surf in the Cove next to My Waii and between November and April the Humpback whales can been seen. The home has ceiling fans, full washer and dryer, stereo, DVD, Blue Ray, iPod docking station, FREE Internet connect, FREE calling within the United States and Canada. Kitchen is very well appointed.

    Wailele an oceanfront beach home in South Maui is 10 minutes by car from Wailea and 30 minutes from the Kahului, Maui airport.

    The property has a remote activated gate for entrance into the drive and is convenient to shops, groceries and restuarants of all types.

    Home views west for magnificent sunsets and the beach is perfect for sunning, swimming, stand up paddling and surfing, when the surf is up.

      High Season Price: $2,310 per Week
         

    Rates: $330 night, plus tax 7th night FREE 4/15 to 12/15 13.42% tax $175 cleaning fee Payments: $500 due upon receipt of confirmation and balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Checks, money order, and cashier's checks accpeted. Cancellation: $200 cancel fee once funds are on account up to 61 days prior to arrival. No refunds 60 days or less prior to arrival unless the home is re-rented then a $200 cancel fee applies.
