Our condo is located in South Kihei. Complex has 52 units. Property is very well maintained. Enjoy a swim in the solar heated lap pool or if you are up to it play a game of shuffle board. BBQ grill are well maintained for you to enjoy. When your day is done relax on your lanai and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. During the winter months watch the whales from your lanai. 180 Per Night. Rates are subject to 11.42%, Hawaii State GE/TA Tax. Deposit Requirement: $200. Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates are base on six (6) people. Six (6) person max occupancy. Unless approved by Rental Manager. Five (5) night minimum. Less then five (5) nights add $100 cleaning fee charge. Cancellation: A fee of $50 will be assessed for cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full. Check-In time is 3:00 pm. Check-Out time is 11:00 am. If for some reason you require a early check in or late check out we will try a accomodate you.
