Top quality upgrade. Air conditioned in master bedroom. A full size washer/dryer in unit for your convienence. Ceiling fans through out the unit. Golden Dragon granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. All new appliances. Kitchen is very well stocked. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest bedroom has two full size bed. Beach chairs, mats and beach towel, beach toys, cooler for you to use. All linen provided. This condo is well maintained and very comfortable, perfect for young and old alike. Easy walk to grocery store, fine and casual dinning, shops, fitness gym, day spa, nail and pedicure shop, post office and much, much more. 
 
Just a few minutes up the road from the complex is the Elleair Golf Course. And you are about 10 minutes away from the Wailea Golf Courses. There is also the Kahili and King Kamehameha Courses located in Waikapu, where you will enjoy a spectacular view of Haleakal Mountain and Kahului Harbor.  
 
Our condo is located in South Kihei. Complex has 52 units. Property is very well maintained. Enjoy a swim in the solar heated lap pool or if you are up to it play a game of shuffle board. BBQ grill are well maintained for you to enjoy. When your day is done relax on your lanai and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. During the winter months watch the whales from your lanai.     Rates are subject to 12.42%, Hawaii State GE/TA Tax. Deposit Requirement: $200. Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates are base on six (6) people. Six (6) person max occupancy. Unless approved by Rental Manager. Five (5) night minimum. Less then five (5) nights add $100 cleaning fee charge. Cancellation: A fee of $50 will be assessed for cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full. Check-In time is 3:00 pm. Check-Out time is 11:00 am. If for some reason you require a early check in or late check out we will try a accommodate you. For stays 28 days or longer, please email or call for rate.
