Kamaole Sands is located in South Kihei, and is one of the most popular condominium resorts on Maui. Enjoy our recently remodeled building 9 Condo. This third floor unit has approx. 800 square feet of living space plus an extra large lanai (for the adventurous it can accommodate sleeping bags or blow up beds), tile floors, large area rugs and a new kitchen complete with new appliances. This unit's extra large lanai is perfect for enjoying the incredible sunsets. From the lanai you have a angled view of the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. 
 
The unit is tastefully decorated with "Island style" furniture and art work. Beautiful ocean and mountain views. This one bedroom, two bath luxury Condominium is located directly across the street from Kamaole III beach; a Maui favorite. The beach has a child's play area and park. The grounds at Kamaole Sands offers 15 acres of tropical gardens complete with ponds, fountains, and waterfalls. 
 
You are also just a few steps away from other great beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Several championship golf courses are available in the area for those who like that challenge. Four tennis courts, two Jacuzzis, a child's pool, and a cyber-cafe with wi-fi are all available on-site. Inside the unit there is cable modem access to the internet via a ether net; wi-fi not available in room. The pool side on-site activities desk can help you arrange your all Maui adventures.

    Reservation Policy: •$150.00 or 20% deposit;which ever is larger. •Full pre-payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, excluding Christmas. •Christmas reservations full pre-payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. •Weekly and monthly rates are available. •Maid service available at an additional charge. •All bookings subject to a $75.00 reservation fee. •Minimum 4 night stay. •Extra charge for extra persons over stated occupancy. •A ½ day charge is required to guarantee a late check – out. •All rates and taxes are subject to change. •Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am. Cancellation Policy: For a deposit refund, less the $75.00 reservation fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, all payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
