THE CALENDER IS UP-TO-DATE. 
The condo has 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full baths. It sleeps six. It features two huge Lanais, (patios) both with spectacular ocean views, great for fabulous sunsets and whale watching. This unit has air conditioning, color cable TV,flat screen TV/DVD player, telephone, Free WiFi, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. 
On site amenities include a large swimming pool, heated spa, tennis court, and barbecue facilities. 
This tremendous unit currently rents for $145 per day. 
 
We are running a special; $110.00 per night for all bookings within two weeks before date of reservation request, paid in full, pending availability. 
High season prices are $175 per night, December 15-April 15. Please note there will be an 11.51% room tax added to the daily rate.

      High Season Price: $175 per Day
         

    A $200.00 deposit is required to hold reservations. Full payment 60 days before arrival date. The deposit will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of bank money transfer, traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Lisa Baskin. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60)days before your arrival date. 7. CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
