Cancellation is subject to 10% cancellation fee, unless you cancel within 7 days after payment cleared/posted. Thereafter, the following applies:
If you cancel within 60 days, we will credit 100% to future booking.
If you cancel less than 30 days, we will retain rental amount and will refund cleaning fee and damage deposit, less 10% cancellation fee. However, if we can rebook part or all of your reservation, we will refund appropriately.
