A PAID DEPOSIT confirms your reservation. Inquiries are not considered confirmed reservations. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, Visa, Discover and Master Card. CANCELLATION POLICY: We hope you don't need to cancel, but if you do... There will be a cancellation fee of $100 with a minimum of 3 months notice prior to arrival date. If notice is given within 2-3 months of arrival date the deposit will be retained. For cancellations within the 60 days of arrival or after the arrival date, payments will be retained. If the condo can be rented a pro-rated refund will be issued.
