+++This condo is only 5 min. from Wailea and 10 min to Makenna.+++ 
 
For all sun-lovers this condo is a bright and very popular model. 
It is on the TOP FLOOR, spacious and completely private High above everything. 
When you enter our retreat in paradise you are surrounded by sunshine and openness,  
since the front walls of the whole unit are top to bottom glass.  
No worries, we have installed easy pull down sunshades, (if needed) 
that allow the view of the blue Pacific Ocean without the brightness of the sun.  
 
You are on the sixth FLOOR, giving you completely privacy to enjoy magnificent views of the ocean  
and the shorelines all the way past Makena Beach.  
 
 
The unit is newly remodeled an upgraded and we have very  
comfortable Pillow top King-sized mattress, which will allow you to relax in luxury!  
There is a pull out couch in the living room,, (queen size) that can sleep 2 extra guests. 
 
Additional included sleeping arrangements are: 
*** A Queen-size pull out bed in the living room,  
*** An roll-a-way bed 
*** A baby crib. 
 
Besides the incredible views, the condo is in one of the most desirable locations in sunny South Kihei. 
(Since it has the least amount of rainfall in all of Maui.) 
If you like it sunny, this is the side to stay!!! 
 
But without ever driving, you are next to Maui’s BEST (least crowded)  
white sandy beaches, CHARLEY YOUNG BEACH and Kamaole Beach I. 
 
The wide sandy shoreline (no rocks or corals) allow for great walking or jogging.  
It is also one of the safest beaches with calm waters to enjoy swimming  
and snorkeling with colorful fishes and gentle sea turtles.  
 
And on the outside of the cove there is a little wave brake for great boogie boarding. 
Go out a little further and enjoy the best surfing on this side of the island.

    Aloha, we are the blessed owners of this fabulous condo and we invested in it in 2005 as our future retirement hang out :-)
    Why did we choose this condo?
    1. We LOVE VIEWS:
    Being on top of everybody else and enjoying views day in day out it something that we always dreamed of.
    2. We DON’T LIKE CROWDS!
    Our condo is just far enough north to be away from the huge timeshares and resorts, which makes ‘our’ beach the least crowded, with many empty sandy coves to explore.
    3. We love CONVENIENCE.
    The location of our condo allows us to walk to everything we need.
    There is no need to deal with cars and parking, easy walking on sidewalks or along the beach gets us to everywhere. (No hills to worry about either.)
    This is a great area, where besides the many popular beaches; we can explore many stores and restaurants, day and night. So everybody in our family is happy.
    4. We enjoy the SAFETY of this building, as many of our neighbors are living here full time, and it allows us to get some inside scoop from the locals.
