This is a 1 bdrm, 1 bth condo with all of the amenities you need for a great vacation. This is our home away from home so we know what needs to be here for a comfortable stay. So come and relax by the pool or take a short walk to the beach 100yds away. Guests come back year after year. With cocktail hour or going paddling together, people have made lasting friends for years to come.
Two people can fit in here very comfortably. Fully furnished; AC, queen size bed, small futon and couch in living room, shower/tub, kitchen, 2 BBQ's by the pool, shared washer and dryer, local telephone with free long distance and DSL internet hook-up. $200 deposit required for holding your dates. 50% deposit due within 10 days of confomation of reservation, balance due 45 days before arrival. You may cancel your reservation up to 45 days prior to your arrival, however we charge a 15% (of total rent) cancellation fee, deducted from your deposit (min $50). If you cancelwithin 45 days you will not receive a refund unless we fill your booking with another reservation. (For peace of mind, we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance). VISA/MC through Paypal and checks accepted.
