This Maui beachfront estate built on 4.2 acres of land is a true One of a Kind.
A sense of old Hawaii exudes from this perfectly landscaped property, surrounded by more than 120 coconut trees and a magnificent monkey pod tree of more than 100 years old. Very private, the property is located at the end of a cul de sac and is well protected and gated. The main house and 3 guesthouses share the widest residential ocean front on the whole island, with over 700 feet of beach frontage.

Extremely private, this Villa offers 5000sq feet of interior living space with 6000sq ft of lanai (balcony). Built with top quality materials from all over the world, it is truly exceptional. This exquisite villa offers spectacular views of the ocean and the volcanoes. It is equipped with a private gym, an outside Jacuzzi and a magnificient tree house where you can relax. Great outdoors, from biking, trekking, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling, waterfalls, helicopter rides etc. The tropical weather is relatively constant. Trade winds April to Oct. Windsurf and Kite surf directly form the beach. There is a kite beach a short walk from the house for beginners.

Occupancy
The Main house has three large en-suite bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. However, there is a loft with sofa or the tree house.

Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Large master bedroom on second level in private pod with an immense oak-walled dressing room. The adjoining bathroom is lined with fossilized limestone and has a skylight. Plasma TV. Windows on three sides. (Appr. 720 sq ft)

Guest Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This is a large guest bedroom on the second level in a separate wing on the opposite side of the main living area. Also has a separate dressing room. Writing desk. Equally large Bathroom with skylight. Windows on 3 sides. (Appr. 650 sq ft)

Guest Bedroom
The third bedroom is on the ground level with access to the expansive outdoor lawn leading to the beach. Private bathroom. (Appr. 600 sq ft)

Tree House
1 King Foam Mattress. Tree House overlooking the beach, with foam mattress 15ft x 15 ft. Nice place to relax and have an afternoon nap or moon night sleep. Equipped with mosquito netting and blinds.

Kanaha Beach is one of the best in the world for windsurfing. The reef, which is about 1 km out, creates great waves for free styling for advanced windsurfers. There is only 7 feet of water until the reef. It is ideal for swimming of kayaking in the morning and windsurfing in the afternoon.

Kahului Airport is a 5 minutes drive.

Golf: There are 4 golf course(s) nearby.

Shopping and Dining: A short distance from the charming Paia town, where there are delicious restaurants, art galleries, shops, entertainment and more beaches. Also a short drive from Mama’s Fish House famous restaurant.

Maui has incredible natural diversity ranging from desert to rain forest. Visit the rain forest, the National Parks, the Haleakala Crater or the waterfalls. Enjoy a romantic dinner Hawaiian style or survive the drive to Hana. Go for an Helicopter ride, or try whale watching or scubadiving at the nearby Molokai island.

Cleaning service is available upon request. The house is well cared for, the gardens are manicured and the beach is great. The gardener comes one a week for the whole day. Should you wish to have a cleaning crew or a cook or anything, you just have to request it before you arrive and it will be arranged. We have a caretaker who lives on the property and a property manager on the island.

We leave our collection of CD's and many books. We try to equip the house with everything of the best quality.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with top quality pots and pans. We also have a large BBQ on the Lanai. You can eat on the dining table outside or the one inside. All doors and windows and the beds are equipped with mosquito nets. Not that there are so many of them. The house has a private gym, and there is a Bike route just outside the house.

Payments and Policies

Payment detail
50% of the payment is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days, 100% of payment is due. The security deposit is due upon arrival. We allow 7 days to receive payment.

Refund policy
For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. There is a 150$ fee or 12.5 % charge (the higher of the 2) for cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival. If we can reschedule guests, only the cancellation fee of 150$ will be charged.

Security deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit (the higher of 2500$ or 10% of the rent) is required upon arrival.

Payment methods
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit.
