Return of advance deposits for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are dependent on the re-booking of the property for the duration of the original reservation term and will be subject to a minimum of a 5% cancellation fee. In the event we are unable to rebook the property for the duration of the original reservation, will result in the forfeiture of one hundred percent (100%) of the total deposit and all pre-payments

Aloha Tamara and Francisco,
We just wanted to send out this quick thank you to you both. We have a couple of hours left before we head out to the airport, and we wanted to say Mahalo to you before we leave Maui and your lovely home. We have enjoyed our stay here tremendously and hope to come back soon. We hope to stay here again in the future if possible.

It would be very difficult to have a better spot on Maui !
Everything was great , perfect, thank you for this fantastic vacation ! Loved the tranquility of the place although you are right downtown and by the beach , amazing setting. Nice flowers .

It was a true blessing to spend our vacation in your beautiful home. The location was perfect for every thing we experienced, beach access, shopping, and relaxing.
