Vacation Rental Description
This Maui beachfront estate built on 4.1 acres of land is a true One of a Kind. A sense of old Hawaii exudes from this perfectly landscaped property, surrounded by more than 120 coconut trees and a magnificent monkey pod tree of more than 100 years old. Very private, the property is at the end of a cul de sac and gated. The main house and 3 guesthouses share the widest residential ocean front on the island of Maui, with over 700 feet of sandy beach frontage. THE BEACH COTTAGE
Within 30 feet from the waters’ edge, this guesthouse comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open living area, dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen, large covered deck and barbecue which provides for a great outdoor dining area and offers stunning views along the coastline and the west Maui mountains. Nice furniture and decoration. Ideal for windsurfing, surfing, kayak and snorkeling. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services, shopping and restaurants. White sand beach. Windsurf directly in front of the cottage. Bike route passing a short distance outside the gated estate.

Facilities
Wireless Internet, Beach towel and linen provided. Extremely well equipped kitchen. We have long term guests often (1 month or more) and they treat this house as their own and we like our guests to feel at home when they come. Spices etc. provided. All water sports. Our beach is perfect for launching your kite or windsurf. We provide facilities to store your sails. Maui is full of activities. Right on the property in the morning the water is calm until the wind picks up around noon. So you can snorkel, swim, fish for octopus or lobsters, stand up paddle, use our kayak etc. In the afternoon, you can windsurf and kite surf. You could also swim to the reef and surf the waves, but it is a little far.
Outside the property, there are so many things to do, here are but a few:
golf, horseback ride, visit the volcano, drive to Hana and visit the seven sacred pools and the bamboo forest, stroll the art galleries on Lahaina main street, take a helicopter ride, ride down the volcano by bike etc, take a whale watching excursion, or just go scubadiving, and many more ...

Minimum 7 nights, or a cleaning fee of 200$ is added. Payment detail 50% of the payment on booking. 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival 150$ fee for cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival. Security deposit A refundable security/damage deposit of 500$ is required upon arrival. Payment methods Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit. Departure Simply leave the keys on the counter and head for the airport. A professional cleaning team will be in the property immediately after. Typically within one week of departure, your security deposit is mailed back to you or paid back in the manner agreed. Excessive laundry will be charged to clients. General policies Check in : 3:00 PM Check out: 11:00 AM. Flexible upon request.

Windsurf paradise in Maui
Kanaha properties is just the ticket to paradise. We love the place for being right on the beach and being able to walk out and windsurf. There is a bike path just outside the property and we are a few miles from Paia. Maui has a diversity of interesting people and places to explore.
I always love a dinner at Mama's fish house or Paia Fish Burger.
For an Hawaiian feeling, try Casanova when Kay plays.
We spend our time between Ibiza, which is our base and where our three dogs generally stay, Maui and Kenya. We like to travel in remote places and plan to go to Yemen in the near future. Life is good.
