Rates are based on 4 people. Additional persons are $30/night extra Receipt of a 50% deposit sent via email will confirm your reservation. Payment of the remaining balance needs to be received in our office thirty (30) days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation within 45 days prior to your arrival, your money paid on account will be refunded less 10%. If your cancellation is 45 days or less, no refund will be given.
