50% payment due upon receipt to confirm reservation.(7 Days) Balance due 60 days Prior to arrival. If guest cancels this Reservation, a refund of guest’s payments will be made less 10% cancellation penalty and less the total cost of credit card bank fees based on Rental Amount Only if the accommodation is re-reserved by another party for the period of guests occupancy. Refunds will be made on pro-rata basis, guest understands and acknowledges that owner has no obligation to re-reserve upon guests cancellation. No refunds for early departure. Trip Interruption/Lodging cancellation coverage is available from Travel Guard and is strongly recommended, Please ask about this coverage.
