HANA, a wondrous place where you can get back to nature, relax your mind and be truly inspired by its' beauty and 'Hawaiian' charm.

There is something for everyone on the eastern coast of Maui. We invite you to experience one of the many cascading waterfals & freshwater pools or explore picturesque hiking trails and famous black sand beaches. Or..you may want to catch an early morning sunrise, take a walk along Hana Bay or meet some of our local fisherman at the Akule Hale (Hawaiian fishing house). The heart of Hana is its' people and you are sure to have treasured memories of your stay here.

As a kindly reminder to our visitors: Please MALAMA KA 'AINA and respect the land by not taking lava rocks or other natural resources home with you. Leave only footprints. Mahalo.

E KOMO MAI... We welcome family & friend to visit our sanctuary in Heavenly Hana. This is a place where your strengths are awakened and your spirit is renewed. As your hosts we invite you to relax and enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of this special region. Rest yourself in a tranquil getaway. Enjoy a Jacuzzi Spa under the stars or anytime. We are located close to most destinations in Hana and nearest to an amazing black sand beach at Wainapanapa State Park. We also have very people-friendly cats that are sure to greet you upon your arrival.

There are three units in our home which can accommodate up to 14 people if all rented. WEHIWEHI studio upstairs is most private with lanai facing ocean and mountain views and has a king bed with convertible futon couch for sleeping. OLU'OLU unit is below and set up with massage chair, jet tub & outdoor bamboo bath & shower. There is a king bed and double futon bed as well. Downstairs to the left is the LOKAHI unit which has a large kitchen and family area with three small bedrooms and open loft above. The two lower units are side by side with two sliding pocket doors that connect so you have the option to rent both for extended family or larger group stays. Each unit has their own private kitchen & bath.

We've named this land, 'Ulupono Hana' to mean Thrive in Beautful Hana. We believe you will be comforted and blessed here.

Confirmation will be emailed and directions to 'Ulupono Hana' attached once payment is made. Contact us for optional camping in the Hana area or for more information about our home. We are located exactly at 285A Alalele Place in Hana, HI 96713, 1/4 mile off the Hana Highway makai, towards the ocean.

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you cannot make it to Hana for your reservation, we ask that you give us 30 days notice and we will gladly refund your booking in full. Under the 30 days, if we can rebook your dates we will honor the refund minus a $50 booking charge for the inconvenience. If we cannot rebook the same dates then no refund will be given. Mahalo.

This is our family place. We have taken great care to make it an enjoyable experience for you and expect that guests respect our home, the 'aina and our ancestors. We reserve the right to charge for any damages incurred while staying on property.
