Beautiful oceanfront two bedroom equivalent, two bath condo. 
 
Welcome to our Maui condo at lovely Papakea Resort - West Maui! Papakea is an oceanfront low-rise development with swimming pools, Jacuzzis, putting greens and tennis courts in a well kept and very attractive 13 acre setting. It is situated at Honokowai, 6 miles north of Lahaina and 2 1/2 miles north of Kaanapali. 
 
Our particular unit is right at the oceanfront. It is located on the fourth floor and has an unobstructed and commanding view of the ocean and offshore islands. The unit has two levels - the main floor and a loft. There is a queen sized bed in the upstairs loft and both a queen sized bed and a twin sized bed in the bedroom on the main level. There are two bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. 
 
The unit has been remodeled and is extremely well appointed. The kitchen is completely equipped and ready for use. It features a conventional stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The living / dining area adjacent to the kitchen has a large dining table and chairs, a flat panel color TV, a DVD player and a queen sized sofabed. Complementary high speed wireless Internet access is also provided. The condo is fully stocked with all linens (wash cloths, towels, sheets, pillow cases, beach towels, etc). There is an in-unit clothes washer and dryer. The unit has a three zone Air Conditioning system and ceiling fans to keep it cool inside. All the buildings at Papakea are four stories high and our condo is on the top floor. There are elevators for your use in each building. 
 
 
There is an Ocean Activities Center (kayak rental, snorkeling equipment rental, etc.) and sandy swimming beach about 100 yards down the beach from our unit.

    		  Low Season Price: $1,470 per Week
      High Season Price: $1,820 per Week
         

    $500.00 deposit to hold reservation and serve as a security deposit. Deposit is totally refunded when the unit is found to be in good condition at check-out. Non-refundable within 45 days of arrival. Personal checks in US currency and money orders are accepted as form of payment. Our rental rates are $205.00 to $230 per night (depending on the number of guests) in value season and $235.00 to $260 per night (depending on the number of guests) in regular / holiday season. We have a 5 night minimum stay requirement. Check-in time is 3 P.M.; check-out time is 11 A.M. The unit sleeps 6. There is a $500 security deposit due with the booking. The deposit will be returned within fifteen days of checkout when the unit is left in good condition. Full payment should be received AT LEAST 30 days in advance of arrival. We have a check-out clean only. Supplemental maid service can be arranged for a rate of approximately $55.
