Vacation Rental Description
8 Two bedroom, two bathroom Polynesian-style condominium villas located in a lush 7 acre tropical garden  
setting. The features include a full-size modern kitchen with all the appliances and conveniences of home, an  
extra large master bedroom (queen/king-size bed) with en-suite bathroom. The lower bedroom  
has twin beds and a second private bathroom with bathtub and shower and full-size washer/dryer. The  
spacious sunken living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom all feature vaulted ceilings and tropical fans. The extra large lanai (12' x 12')is an added bonus allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful gardens and resident tropical birds. The condo villas are equipped with all the amenities to make your vacation as comfortable and enjoyable as possible including cable TV plus VCR, DVD, CD and internet connection. Recreation equipment may include boogie boards, golf clubs, beach chairs, beach towels, sand  
toys, etc. 
 
Each villa has two levels. The upper level has a spacious master bedroom with ensuite. The entry level has a large living room, full-size kitchen, guest bedroom, bath with laundry, dining area and covered lanai off the living and dining rooms via sliding patio doors. These privately-owned villas are furnished with tropical and Polynesian themes and have all you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The kitchens include refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster or toaster oven and other appliances and amenities, pots/pans, cutlery, flatware, dishes, glasses, linens, etc.

    • There is a large swimming pool next to the large clubhouse and terrace. Use the terrace to enjoy will you cook on the communal grills and enjoy a game of table tennis. The clubhouse is nicely furnished with sofas, chairs, tables, and a library of books for your reading pleasure. Wifi is available in the clubhouse and reaches some of the villas in the complex. Some villas have on site broadband and/or wifi as well. The tennis court is just a few feet from the pool and clubhouse area. There are Mens' and Ladies' change and bathrooms at the pool with showers and saunas. While there is ample pool furniture, with so few villas (30 in total) it is not unusual to have the pool all to yourself.

    • Every sort of water sport can be found in Kauai with stand up surfing becoming more and more popular and equipment for water activities is readily available for rent at Poipu area beaches. It is possible to walk for miles along the coast and beaches, many of which have a rich history with the polynesian people. Poipu Crater itself was called Piha ke Kua or “Place full of Gods” which was a sanctuary from nature’s storms and human retribution and violence dating back to the 15th century. The natural volcanic crater is said to have been formed by the foot of the Goddess Pele when she formed the Hawaiian Islands and this sanctuary still exists today as a haven of beauty and tranquility.
