Perfect POIPU Location! We are located just 3 houses from the famous Brennecke's Boogey Boarding Beach and Poipu Beach Park...it doesn't get much better than this! Come and enjoy either of our 2 homes or chose from one of our distinct spacious private suites located within the 2 homes. 
 
Your choices range from our 4 bedroom/4 bath home – Hale Koali (combination of our Surfrider & Tidepools Suites) or our 3 bedroom/3 bath home – Hale Pua (combination of our Breakers, Hibiscus & Seaside Suites). Each of our 5 suites can be rented separately, these 5 suites exist within the 2 houses. We have two spacious 2 bedroom/2bath suites, the Surfrider & Tidepools, a large one bedroom Breakers Suite which has an oceanview with an air-conditioned bedroom & big wrap-around lanai, two studios suites, our Hibiscus with a private spa and our Seaside with air-conditioning and an oceanview.  
 
Hale Koali, has 2 floors, an upper (Surfrider Suite) & lower (Tidepools Suite), each has a gourmet kitchen, a king size master bedroom ensuite with bath and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a covered lanai with partial ocean view, dining table, just right the the sunset cocktail or a quiet dinner in a quiet local neighborhood. We have tried to think of everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation in paradise! Just bring a few clothes and a bathing suit! Come & Enjoy the quiet & serenity of Kauai!

    • We are located near Championship golf, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, ATV’s, luaus, sunset cruises, helicopter rides and more are just a short walk or drive away from your Poipu home. Or if you prefer, sit back, relax, read a book, or do nothing at all. On Kauai’s south shore there are no car pools, only tide pools. Enjoy tropical surroundings; ocean and sunset views in bright and airy island-style vacation homes nestled in a charming beachside neighborhood.

    		  Low Season Price: €2,450 per Week
      High Season Price: €3,150 per Week
         

    Confirmed Reservations Reservations are considered confirmed once a credit card number is received. Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. In order to give the room the attention you and all other guests deserve, all guests must check-out by 10:00 a.m. on the morning of your departure. Late check-outs require prior arrangement or a late check out fee of 25% will be applied. Deposits A 50% deposit is required to secure any reservation. When your reservation is confirmed, you will be guaranteed a room at the quoted and agreed upon rate. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Rates are subject to availability and can change without prior notice. Early departures will be charged for the originally reserved number of days
