Low Season Price : €295 High Season Price : €295 per Day
DEPOSITS: Your $500 security deposit is due within 24 hours of making your reservation. Deposit can be paid by major credit card. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your reservation will automatically cancel. RENT: The full rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Rent must be paid in U.S. funds and only by check or money order. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel with 90 days written notice. With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less a cancellation fee. If less than 90 days notice, all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your dates. No refunds is given for early departure as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period. Our home requires a $500.00 Security Deposit which is returned within 30 days less damages, missing items, toll calls or excessive cleaning.
