    You are just a few minutes walk to any number of white sandy beaches that offer some of Kauai's best snorkeling, surfing and boogie boarding.  
     
    Poipu Kai Resort offers nine tennis courts, a gated swimming pool and hot tub, and 24 hour security on site. Whether your in the mood to be pampered or play golf, both can be easily reached.  
     
    Shipwreck Beach is to the east of our home and Poipu Beach and Brennecke's Beach are to the west, and it is joined by wide open green belts. All of these great Kauai beaches are just a few minutes walk away. Poipu Beach continues to be rated as the #1 Beach in the US. It has fantastic snorkeling among other things and Brennecke's Beach is a world-famous body-surfing beach.

    DEPOSITS: Your $500 security deposit is due within 24 hours of making your reservation. Deposit can be paid by major credit card. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your reservation will automatically cancel. RENT: The full rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Rent must be paid in U.S. funds and only by check or money order. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel with 90 days written notice. With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less a cancellation fee. If less than 90 days notice, all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your dates. No refunds is given for early departure as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period. Our home requires a $500.00 Security Deposit which is returned within 30 days less damages, missing items, toll calls or excessive cleaning.
