For reservation during Christmas/New Year a deposit of 25% is required with the balance poayable 45 days prior to arrival date.

Add 11.42% Hawaii Taxes and US$75 for 2 guests and $95 for for 3/4 guests for Checkout Cleaning.

Cancellation: Full refund less US$100 if made 30 days prior to arrival date, 45 days for reservation made during Christmas/New Year No refund if cancellation made less 30 days from arrival date.45 days for Christma/New Year.
