Confirmed Reservations

Reservations are considered confirmed once a credit card number is received. Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Please feel free to enjoy our tropical landscaping, but in order to give the room the attention you and all other guests deserve, all guests must check-out by 11:00 a.m. on the morning of your departure. Late check-outs require prior arrangement or a late check out fee of 25% will be applied.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure any reservation. When your reservation is confirmed, you will be guaranteed a room at the quoted and agreed upon rate. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Rates are subject to availability and can change without prior notice. Early departures will be charged for the originally reserved number of days.
