The above rates are for up to 4 guests. Add $25/person per night for additional guest ($175/week per person). Please add 11.42% Hawaii state; $350 standard out-cleaning fee. Our Poipu vacation home can accommodate up to 8 people in bed comfortably.

A $500 security deposit is required to hold the reservation.

We accept personal checks or credit cards (via PayPal) for the security deposit. We accept personal check for the full payment. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Minimum 5 nights booking and 14 nights over Christmas unless the calendar allows.

The longer than 15 nights stay, the rate per night it will be lower and full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rate for US holidays (Easter, Memorial, Independent, Labor, Thanksgiving) is $2600/week.
