This Studio Guest Cottage is shaded by palms, tropical plants and fruit trees. With its own Private Entrance and Parking, the studio is designed in an open concept. Enjoy the lush surroundings by lounging on your Private Deck or taking a relaxing soak in the JACUZZI.

The open living area is split into three areas for dining, sleeping, and a comfortable seating area for watching Television, reading, or browsing the Internet with a direct Ethernet connection. The mini-kitchen is equipped with a small Fridge, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, dishes, baking dishes and kitchen utensils. Any open flame cooking can be done directly out the door on the Outdoor Gas Grill where there is also a Washer & Dryer for your personal use. The full bathroom has a stand up Shower. The complete unit is tiled in slate to keep the heat at bay in this Non-Air conditioned cottage. The fan above the Queen Bed and the Ocean Breeze keep this cottage perfectly comfortable all year round. There is cable TV with a CD/DVD Player & many current DVD's and no phone. The Cottage is provided with Beach Chairs, Coolers, Boogie Boards, and optional rental of a Kayak for $20 Day.

The grounds are home to seasonal coconut, star fruit, tangerines, allspice, and avocado trees - guests are free to pick luscious, ripe fruit right from the tree! Also enjoy our hidden guests with birdsong from our cardinals, shama thrushes, mynas, and finches as they greet you in the morning and serenade you throughout the day. Yes, we have chickens/roosters too!
