CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If cancellation of booking by guest occurs more than six months prior to scheduled arrival, a full refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of up to 3%. If cancellation occurs between six months and 60 days prior to scheduled arrival a 50% refund will be issued, unless we are able to re-book the house for the period or a portion of the period. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be issued, unless we are able to re-book.
