First night rent due upon reservation, via credit card. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival, payable via check or credit card. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit is refunded minus $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs closer than 30 days to arrival, no refunds are given unless unit is re-rented. Total charges include nightly rental, 11.42% Hawaii tax, and one-time cleaning fee of $120. 10% discount for 14 nights. Discounts available for longer rentals. We have 1br units starting at $220/night and 2br units starting at $185/night.
