There is a three night minimum stay. 11.41% State sales tax and $120 cleaning fee are added. A refundable $100 security deposit is required.
We request 30% of gross rental rate to hold your reservation. Balance paid 45 days prior to arrival.
There is a $75 charge on all cancellations up to 45 days prior to arrival date. This will be deducted from your deposit and the the balance returned. The deposit will be forfeited on cancellations with less than 45 days notice. Cancellation notice must be received in writing (email or letter).
