Set in Kilauea, on the North Shore of Kauai, our 650 square foot apartment has a private entrance. The Living Room is fully furnished with unobstructed garden, mountain and Kilauea River Valley views. All rooms have ceiling fans. The Bedroom features a king size bed and small safe for your valuables. The Living Room couch can double as a twin bed. A crib is available upon request. The Kitchen is fully equipped with the exception of an oven/cooktop. The Bathroom is complete with a full size tub/shower. Your private lanai has a small sitting area with a gas barbque.

Kilauea Town is a former sugar plantation town, located on the spectacular North Shore of Kauai just minutes away from the famous Hanalei Bay, Na Pali Coast, the Historic Kilauea Lighthouse and some of the best white sand beaches in the world.

Kilauea is a small town with a local population of approximately 2,000 people. In town there are three restaurants. We have an excellent bakery, a fish market, health food store and a small food market with gourmet, organic and deli food items. There are also specialty gift stores, a convenience store, a gas station, pharmacy, plus some other well kept secrets.

Ten minutes to the west is Princeville, a resort and residential community with a shopping center, several restaurants, three of Hawaii's best golf courses, tennis courts, a health spa and a luxurious hotel.

Fifteen minutes to the west is Hanalei, a unique beach town and residential community with a good selection of restaurants and shopping options. It's beauty is unsurpassed with majestic mountains and the white sand beach of Hanalei Bay. Twenty minutes to the south is the much larger town of Kapaa which has just about anything you might need.

Our standard rate is $110 per night, the holiday rate is $130 per night, double occupancy, plus 8.25% State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations (TA) Tax and 4.166% State of Hawaii General Excise (GE) Tax.

We accept cash, money orders, personal, travelers and cashier checks. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards.

There is no additional cleaning fee.

A one night deposit is required to hold a
reservation. We would like to receive it within one week after making your reservation. There is no need for express mail if you are far away. We understand that it will take longer. The balance is due upon arrival.

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation with us, your deposit is 50% refundable if the cancellation is made at least thirty days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations made less than thirty days prior to the arrival date are not refundable.
