This spacious condo is located within the prestigious Princeville resort on the beautiful north shore of Kauai. The north shore is home to fabulous beaches, breathtaking mountains and lush waterfalls. The island is the perfect place for a family vacation, a romantic get away or an outdoor adventure/eco-trip. Located in the Mauna Kai development of Princeville, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is next to the large pool/barbeque common area and has three beautiful lanais. The owners have spared no expense to make your stay wonderful and comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors bring in the island beauty. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 persons. There are two bedroom suites each with their own full bath tub/shower. The first bedroom is furnished with a California king poster bed, and looks out on a private lanai into a lush tropical garden. The second bedroom suite has a queen bed and adjacent access to the bathroom with built in dresser. The living room’s sofa opens to a comfortable queen bed. The condo is perfect for two couples or ideal for a small family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and amenities for serving up to eight people and will make cooking a breeze. The dining table accommodates six people with two additional seats at the travertine counter.
The home is newly furnished in Pacific/Asian style with original artwork of Kim McDonald. A large covered lanai with privacy fence and equipped with a table and six chairs provides opportunities for relaxing. There is a large conversation pit around the fireplace if it is a cool day.
Amenities include original artwork, as well as two flat screen cable televisions in the living room, and bedroom. There is also a stereo with IPOD hookup and a CD/DVD/VCR player. Wireless internet access is FREE. The bedrooms are furnished with new linens and towels. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler are all supplied. A new high efficiency washer and dryer are located on the back lanai and make laundry a snap.
Take a 10 minute walk to picturesque Anini Beach down a quaint jungle trail or cool down at the Mauna Kai pool and pavilion. Shops, restaurants, library, and a children's park are also within walking distance. World class golf, tennis, horseback riding, snorkeling, helicopter tours, sailing, kayaking, and fishing are all just minutes away by car.

Payment is handled through the property managers of Hanalei North Shore Properties. Your inquiries will be directed to them and they will contact you. RENTAL PAYMENT/CLEANING FEE PAYMENT: Final Balances (Rent and Taxes) are due 90 days prior to commencement of the Rental Term (the “Final Balance Due Date”). Acceptable forms of payment are: credit card ($39.95 fee), personal check (tendered more than ninety (90) days prior to commencement of Rental Term), cashier’s check, money order, traveler’s check, bank wire or cash (in office only). Any fees or charges assessed by Guest’s or Agent’s banking institution(s) shall be borne by the Guest. All funds (and accrued interest) shall be held in Agent’s Client Trust Account. Reservations not paid in full by the Final Balance Due Date shall be subject to Cancellation and Security Deposit forfeiture.
