The Cliffs at Princeville is an oceanfront vacation resort situated on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and adjacent to the championship 45-hole Princeville Golf Course. This 5 Star Gold Crown World Famous resort is located in Princeville on Kauai's rugged northern coast. The Cliffs is close to a shopping center with several shops, a supermarket, eating establishments, and a pub.

The Cliffs Resort amenities for guests include free tennis courts, a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and a spa and sauna. A bluff gazebo, a putting green and sand bunker, a recreation room, several barbecue areas, a shuffleboard court, a new play structure for kids, and a half-court basketball court are also provided for your enjoyment. The grounds are landscaped with expansive lawns, shade and flowering trees, flowering shrubs, and ground cover to provide a lush garden setting. The Cliffs recreation pavilion includes a wet-bar and activities center and a wireless hot-spot (for a small fee). Free parking, a concierge, and a fax/copy machine are available.

A full-time staff with an activities and tour director is on site to help plan your activities and get the most out of your visit. They currently offer a weekly orientation, an island briefing, and complimentary weekly activities.

This third floor end unit, #7301, is the best unit style at The Cliffs! Huge windows and high vaulted ceilings make this a bright and breezy unit. The condo is spacious and attractively appointed, encompassing over 1500 square feet of opulence. Enjoy the view in three directions, and the special comfort of being on the top floor with no guests above you. The unit has its own outside entrance at the end of the building near the parking area.

The breezy living room is superbly furnished and has a 25" remote color television with cable, DVD, a CD/stereo system, a ceiling fan, and a queen hide-a-bed. The living room and fully equipped kitchen have a wonderful view of the Pacific and open onto a covered lanai for an even closer view, perfect for an early morning tropical breakfast or whale-watching in winter months. Princeville is a beautiful community built around two world-class golf courses; guests at The Cliffs receive discounts on golf. The island is a true tropical paradise, with splendid botanical gardens and a bird sanctuary on a dazzling lighthouse point all open to the public.

Lush tropical forests, breathtaking waterfalls, and the majestic Na Pali coastline all make Kauai truly unique. Kauai is less commercial than other Hawaiian islands--no high-rise buildings and not as crowded or as fast paced.
