Stay in this spacious 2200 sq. ft. house with beautiful mountian views, cathedral ceilings and plenty of room to spread out. The house is located in Princeville, which is a five minute drive to the beaches of Hanalei and a ten minute drive to the beaches of Haena. If golfing is your game the Prince and Makai golf courses are in Princeville. The Princeville stables are located nearby and offer the best horse riding experience on the island. You are within walking distance to the Princeville shopping center which has a grocery store and restaurants.

Security Deposit
A Security Deposit of $1,000 is required to confirm your reservation. The cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit along with any charges for missing items, excessive cleaning or damage. The cleaning fee will be $250.
Rates
Rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival. At the time of booking, there will be a $35 reservation fee and an optional travel insurance premium. All rates are plus 4.166% gross excise tax and 7.25% room tax. Please note there is a 5-night minimum. If you plan to stay longer than a week, the extra nights are prorated at the weekly rate.
Payment
Payment of initial deposit and rental fees may be made by check, Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellations
With a 90-day written notice, we will refund the full deposit, less a $75 processing fee. If less than 90 days' written notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited. If less than 60 days' written notice, the rent & excise tax will be forfeited.
