One half the total needs to be received within seven days of the booking date in order to hold your reservation, and the balance to be received sixty (60) days prior to arrival (for holidays, the balance to be received ninety (90) days prior to arrival). State of Hawaii tax, occupancy and general excise tax of 12.42% will be added to the room rates. A non-refundable out-cleaning fee is applied based on the length of stay and property of choice and an administrative fee may apply. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance covers extraordinary cleaning and / or accidental breakage, if any. Vacation Rental Protection Plan is offered.
