Our family run villas are centrally located on the East side in picturesque Old  
Kapaa Town.  
 
 
Why drive, when you can walk to beaches, restaurants, shops, and so much more?  
Like the largest farmer’s market on the island where you can buy exotic fruits,  
local organic vegetables, and tropical flowers at bargain prices. 
 
Stroll to Kapaa's finest beaches, parks, even to a library on the beach, all  
within minutes of your doorstep. Or, simply hang loose, chill out, and enjoy the  
sun and onshore trade winds in our lovely garden(s). 
 
You can catch the bus (bring your bicycle along) at a near by bus stop and  
economically travel to more distant shores/shopping centers. A car/guide will  
be needed to visit remote locations.  
 
 
Prefer to dine in? Enjoy home/outdoor cooking with friends or walk to a  
selection of local restaurants and bars to capture some of Kapaa's nightlife. 
Need suggestions on where to go and what to see? Kauai has so much to offer and  
our #1 priority is you! It would be our pleasure to make your vacation a truly  
pleasant and wonderful experience 
 
 
Our lodgings include four easily accessible single story villas with private and  
common garden area(s). Each breezy villa features a cozy living room with a  
pull-out sofa / futon. Two spacious bedrooms - the master has a comfy queen size  
bed and there is a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom, plus, a full kitchen.  
 
Our family run Hale is for those who desire a more balanced eco-friendly  
environment with natural/private setting(s). Our villas are ideal for family  
get togethers, professional service providers and retiree snow birds who  
periodically return, as well as seasoned international travelers and adventurers  
of kindred spirit. There is ample space to stash your back packs, beach gear,  
bikes, kayaks, surfboards, ect, plus each villa has a super-size washer and  
dryer for your use

The distance from Lihue Airport to our hales (lodgings) on Lehua street near the intersection of Olohena road (581) to
the mountains and Kuhio Highway (56) to the North shore is 7.96 miles with an approximate driving time of 16
minutes.

We cecided on a location between the New Kappa Park and picturesque Old Kapaa Town as it best meets guest needs:

_ Our central location near the coast on the East side is ideal for sight seeing, As you may already know, it takes much longer to see the sights as our speed limits are lo, roads often narrow and winding. and you cannot drive around the island as no road is allowed
to cross the Napali - a designated wilderness area.

_ Our climate is tropical and sunny and terrain near level and we are naturally cooled by near constant on shore trade winds.


_ You can easily walk to town and numerous beaches and parks within minutes of your door step
There is a new recreational pathway which meanders along the coast line as far as the eye can see.


- All off our villas have ground level entry with ample parking and storage space,

- A car is needed for sightseeing more remote locations or if you want greater mobility/convenience,
If you are on a budget, consider renting a used vehicle, or taking nearby shuttle busse which usually depart
hourly for the North and South Shores, as well as the East and West sides. They even have out side bicycle racks.
