Our upgrades include new appliances(glasstop range) lots of home away from home needs supplied. Wonderful Comfortable new lanai furniture to sit on private ocean front.     • Close by us Lydgate Pond is a safe, fun place to snorkel, also a wonderful picnic spot, & famous childrens' playground. A Great long bike/walking path is being completed by us. We highly recommend Smiths' Luau, auntie runs it, is best on island. We have lists of great nearby beaches & our local farmers' markets. Very close river fun. Best is walking "downfront on the beach at sunrise! OR do what we like best, stretch out on our lanai and read listening to the surf!

RESERVATIONS: An email confirmation will be forwarded to you upon receiving room deposit and accompanied by a signed contract. which we send to you. SECURITY DEPOSIT: is $200 and is required at the time of the final payment. This deposit will be returned if no damages are incurred. # of Guests: 2 Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Free local phone service. CANCELATION REVISIONS: ALL CHANGES/CANCELATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN WRITING.You must cancel 60 days prior to your arrival date to receive your room deposit back less a $50.00 service fee. TAX: Hawaii requires 13.4166% General Excise & TransientAccommodations Taxes.

    Norman and Kathleen We love our spot' of Paradise!

    We met 38 years ago on Makaha Beach! He is from Oahu, me from Oregon.
    We have 'straddled the "pond".. staying summers in Oregon with our ohana (children and grandkids)
    for 8 of the over ten years we've owned our Kauai condo. We have two new grandbabies born this spring, so will be staying longer on mainland.. Expecting that upgrading and renting out our home will be helpful, should be able manage your stay ourselves. We hope to give the kind of personal attention we would appreciate.
    We are very easy to reach and feel simply excited for you to experience the delight of morning sunrise coffee from such a magical part of Kauai,, from our lanai!! mahalo kathleen
