The luxurious Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa opened it's doors in December 2006 and has earned a reputation for customer service and beauty.  
 
This 2 Bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is great for families or even two couples vacationing together! Our condo unit is on the ground floor with easy pool, beach and garden access and a fabulous view of the mountains. Waterfalls are plenty during the rainy season. Enjoy your evening meal on one of the three private lanai's or have a tropical cocktail there anytime. Step off the main lanai onto a large greenbelt protected by tall landscaping. A perfect place to let the kids kick around a soccer ball or even have a small picnic. This feature is unique to only about 5 condo units in the resort. 
 
Prices are for weekly rental but we also offer shorter stays from 3 nights.

    • Waipouli Beach Resort offers 2.5 acres of tropical gardens around the pool area. Guests can lounge in the lazy river, splash in the pool, relax in one of three sand bottom Jacuzzis or slide down the two water slides. There is also a Poolside bar and Grill. All overlooking the ocean. On site Aveda Spa offers services for relaxation and beauty. Guests have convenient access to shopping centers and all recreational activities. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and range. Flat screen televisions and DVD players in both bedrooms and also in the living room. Ceiling fans plus central air. Two Double Beds in second bedroom - great for teenage kids or a second couple! Gorgeous views of the mountain range and many waterfalls. Resort is WiFi enabled, iHome provided, secluded greenbelt off lanai offers extra play/relaxation space for you and your family.

    • Condo is centrally located on the East side of Kauai near the town of Kapa'a. Close to all major towns and provides easy access to all recreational activities.

    To reserve, a 25% deposit is required with the balance due 60 days before check in date. Taxes of 11.25% and check out cleaning fee of $156 not included in above rates.
