Located on a picturesque lava bluff, our condo offers a stunning and unobstructed view of the ocean from our top floor unit. As you relax on the lanai,watch the waves and listen to the rhythmic sounds of the surf crashing on the lava below.

The condo complex offers several amenities. Enjoy the community pool and heated jacuzzi. Play tennis and grill out in the barbecue pavillion. The pace is very laid back, the essence of Kauai. There are 2 seperate bedrooms with queen beds and private baths and a loft with 2 twin beds. Families, 2 couples, and honeymoon couples find the condo private and delightful.

Decorator furnishings and a well equipped gourmet kitchen will make your stay a delight. The condo is completly renovated and has granite countertops throughout, cherry cabinetry, and stainless appliances. Trade winds cool the condo. Please note there are no elevators. This unit is on the 2nd floor. There are beach chairs, a cooler for picnics, all linens and beach towels. A washer and dryer are on the main level. While sitting out on thelanai,email your friends about the wonderful time you are having. High speed wireless internet is available.

Located 1/2 mile to the east is the Hyatt Resort and Shipwreck Beach. The grounds are incredible! There are several restaurants there. Located 1/2 mile to the west is Poipu Beach and the Marriott Waiohai Resort. Poipu Beach has a life guard and you can safely swim, snorkel around the small island, boogie board the waves, take surfing lessons, and enjoy the moment. There are Monk Seals, turtles, and tropical fish swimming in the water with you. You can rent equipment there as well.

The legendary Poipu Bay Golf Course is minutes away and open to the public. The best restaurants are in Poipu. Some of our favorites are Roy's Bar and Grill, The Beach House, and Tidepools. There is a shopping center near by. There is a mall near Lihue and farmer's markets for island fresh produce.

The condo is located on the southern most tip of the island, usually the sunny side of the island. Drive 1 1/2 hours to the north end of the island for the tropical, rain forest portion of the island. Here you will always find waterfalls and lush foliage. If you are a hiker, the Kalalau Trail is one of the most challenging in all of Hawaii. You get to it at the end of the road. Hike up to the highest swamp on earth and also the wettest spot on earth. If you enjoy plants and birds, there are rare species here. The little town of Hanalei has shopping, an incredible beach with no one on it, some restaurants and shops. There are several snorkeling spots near here and of course, the monster waves in winter.

Drive 1 hour west and explore the arid side of the island. Visit the Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of Hawaii. There are many hiking trails here. The Kalalau Valley is one of the most photographed vistas on the island and is viewed at the end of the road to the canyon.

There are activities on the water as well. There are small zodiac boat companies that can take you for a tour along the coast. There are wale watching boat tours as well. Explore by kayaking along the coast and find private little coves you share with no one in the middle of the Pacific. When you are tired, return to the condo for a relaxing soak in the heated jacuzzi. Kauai is all about the outdoors and you are part of it sitting out on the lanai listening to the waves.

There are more land adventures on horseback and ATV tours. It is no wonder so many movies are filmed here. There are more micro environments here than any other place on earth. You can't do it all in one trip so plan on coming back again and again. We hope you enjoy the island as much as we do! Mahalo for considering our home.

Condominium Rental Rates Low Season Price : $1645 High Season Price : $2310 per Week

There is a $300 refundable security deposit due at the time of booking. Any excessive wear and tear is deducted from this deposit.The balance is promptly returned. I only had to do this once! Balance is due 60 days prior to your stay. Hawaii charges an 11.416% tax. There is a $150 clean out fee. Cancellations in writing must be made 90 days prior to your stay for a refund of the $300 deposit. There are no refunds if you cancll the reservation within 60 days of your scheduled arrival and you forfit the entire deposit and rental fee.
