Tucked away on 4 1/2 acres, this 3 bedroom guest house is in a peaceful lush tropical setting on the the Big Island of Hawaii. Come indulge your senses while relaxing in paradise. Surrounded by colorful tropical flowers, many varieties of palms, the sound of the ocean and birds. Hale "Ae Kai is located on Hwy 137 (known to the locals as the Red Road) on the East coast of Hawaii Island, aka The Big Island. We are in a relatively undeveloped area, yet accessible to local attractions. The current lava flow into the ocean is just a short 15 minute drive. We are just 4/10ths of a mile from Kalani Eco Resort where you can enjoy there large pool, jacuzzi and watsu pool, have a massage, take a yoga class or enjoy a delicious meal. There are volcanically heated warm ponds near by and Kehena black sand beach is a beautiful 15 minute hike down the road with the most spectacular ocean views in old Hawaii. 
The guest house has 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and simple furniture in a tropical decor. There is a indoor outdoor shower, a kitchen with stove, frig, dishes, pots and pans etc.. The front of the hale has a huge screened lanai that is furnished and there is a smaller lanai in the rear with a single bed.
