It is located on the side of the complex with a great view of Kona and the Ocean, yet in the middle of the complex so you have little road noise. This beautiful a/c condo is only 7 years old and has all you need for a relaxing stay with weekly light housekeeping included. It is centrally located on the sunny side of the Island only 7 minutes from quaint Kailua Kona or Keauhou Bay and Kahaluu Beach Park. The area offers a variety of activities.

This beautiful unit has a large fenced, landscaped lanai with a table for six and a barbecue.  It is great for a peaceful cup of coffee/tea in the morning or a sunset dinner.  It is located near several awesome beaches and has beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler available for your use. The kitchen has filtered water at the sink. Also in the unit is free Internet access if you bring your own computer. The living room and master bedroom have a TIVO unit and small video/DVD/book collection. The unit also has a common area that includes a small fitness center, barbecue and picnic tables, pool with small waterfall, jacuzzi, umbrellas, and lounge chairs.

This area offers a large variety including oceanfront dining, great snorkeling (often with green sea turtles), scuba diving, boogie boarding, surfing, and other various ocean activities, exploring reefs, amazing golf courses, star gazing on Mauna Kea, sightseeing, ruins and historical parks, museums, coffee farm tours and of course great shopping.  The Big Island is very diverse offering a variety of scenic drives through tropical rain forests, water falls, Volcano National Park, lava fields, white, black and green sand beaches, botanical gardens, snow capped mountains tops, Parker Ranch, horseback riding, ATV riding at breath taking Waipi'o Valley and many more.
