    Weekly rate $8,500/week (minimum of seven nights), plus 11.2%tax. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $500.00 and refundable deposit of $1000.00 Monthly rate $30,000/month, plus tax. The week of Ironman in October, Christmas and New Year is a 10% increase
