A $500 security deposit is required. Payments shall be made by cashiers check. Cleaning is available at $180 if you choose not to clean yourself. There are no cancellations once the rental fee has been made, however you may reschedule your time slot. Consider this property for a three or four month seasonal rental January thru April for three thousand a month all inclusive.
