This is a really comfortable with a/c in bedroom. A very casually furnished one bedroom single level cottage style condo, attached on just one wall, surrounded by lush landscaping, lawns, and palm trees. Air conditioning unit in bedroom, one bath with shower over tub. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter, washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, etc. Living and dining area, plus small enclosed patio room. Great for a single, couple, or young family! Lots of shady lawn areas adjacent to the condo. First floor, no one above you, and your own assigned parking spot right outside your door! If you need two condos we have a 3 bedroom here too.

TENNIS: Three resurfaced lighted courts free for our guests.

This resort is located Oceanfront on a partly rocky and black sand beach, Condo has a lovely very private garden setting ground level easy access no stairs. This is a gated resort, and is located in the Keauhou area of Kailua-Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Keauhou-Kona has the prettiest sunsets in Hawaii! Watch from the very private black sand beach just a few steps down the path from your Condo!!

AREA: This complex is adjacent to the public Keauhou-Kona Country Club Golf Courses! Five minute walk to Keauhou Shopping Village, with weekly local farmers market each Saturday morning featuring only Hawaiian grown foods. The shopping village has Friday hula shows, KTA grocery, Bank of Hawaii, ATMs, theater with several top rate movies, Longs drug store, Health food store, great restaurants and boutique shops... Plus a free shuttle to take you into Kailua-Kona town! Or drive along lovely Alii Drive, about five miles into Kailua-Kona Town. Or, head south along the scenic highway through Kona coffee farms, Macadamia Nut farms, through small villages and beaches, then up the mountain to the Volcanoes National Park for some incredible scenery!
