Just steps from the ocean and golf, we inviter you to be our guest in our vacation condominium at Kanaloaa at Kona. It is built on the Polynesian Theme with 4 and 6 condos per building separated by walkways and beautiful tropical flora. Kanaloa is a family friendly resort with 3 swimming pools, two for families and one for seniors, with fresh water showers, bathrooms and hot tubes at each. There are 2 well lighted tennis courts.  
 
You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the ocean side restaurant and watch the beatiful Kona sunsets. You may want to walk along the beach to the north at sunset to watch the two blow holes or just to set and enjoy the sound and sights of the ocean.  
 
Our 1835 sq. ft. condo has a fully equiped kitchen and there are several gas BBQ located throughout the complex for your use. Our condo also comes equipped with beach equipment such as snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, sand matts and ice chest, all for you use also. The best beach that we have found on the island is less than a mile by car.

    • We invite you to be our guest at our fully furnished beautifully decorated vacation condo in Kanaloa at Kona. Kanaloa at Kona is located in the middle on the West cost of the Big Island with easy access to all other regions of the island. It is located in a very quite setting with Keauhou Bay and the Pacific Ocean on the West side and the 11th fairway of the Kona Country Club Golf Course on the East. Our condo is on the top floor of a two story building with vaulted ceilings in each room. Living room lanai features a wet bar and a view of the Kona country Club's 11th fairway. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and is fully equipped for casual dining or island entertaining. Furnished in tropical motif decor. Two master bedrooms with large closets with a 3rd bedroom. Kanaloa has a ocean side restaurant with a million dollar view and is right beside the ocean pool. Great place to view the famous Kona sunsets.

    		  Low Season Price: $155 per Day
      High Season Price: $195 per Day
         

    Rates are in US Dollars: Low Season (April 15 - Dec 15) $155/nt, $1075/wk, $4000/mo 1-2 people High Season (Dec 16 - April 14) $185/nt, $1175/wk, $4400/mo 1-2 people $10/nt extra for each additional couple. Air-conditioning is $15/night extra if use. In addition is the Hawaii State tax of 12.25% and Cleaning fee of $150 A fully refundable $300 security/damage, missing inventory deposit is also required. Rent deposit is one half of the rent to be made within 14 days of making a booking, fully refundable if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days of arrival date cancellation will result in loosing the rent deposit unless booking dates are re-booked.
