Watch the whales (in season), spinner dolphins, turtles, fish, surfers, parasailers, cruise ships and pleasure boats from the comfort of your very private lanai that is practically hanging out over the water. Located next door to The Royal Kona Resort, a short walk to Don the Beachcomer bar and restaurant, Huggos, Hard Rock Cafe, Outback Steakhouse, and many other restaurants and shops in downtown Kona. Parking space is included just below the condo. Our large lanai right on the water with its outstanding 180 degree view is a perfect spot for a cocktail or private dinner while watching sunsets (year round), cruise ships, dolphins, whales, surfers, parasailers, turtles, and more.

    Season Rate
      Low Season Price: $145 per Day
      High Season Price: $175 per Day
         

    A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Payment in full is required 60-days prior to your arrival. A reservation may be cancelled up to 90-days prior to your arrival date at no cost (deposit will be refunded). Cancellations within 90-days of arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit. Cancellations within 60-days of arrival date will forfeit the total rental amount (if we re-rent the unit a partial refund will be made). Stays over 12-days require an additional cleaning and fee every 10-days. Rates are based on single or double occupancy (additonal guests are subject to prior approval and are $15 additional per person per day). Sorry, but SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED anywhere in the condo (an additional fee will be charged if it is determined that there has been smoking in the condo). Check-in time is 3pm or later Check-out time is 11am or earlier
