Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments may be: personal check, cashiers check, or bank transfer. Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee.
