There are two levels in the house. The upstairs level has the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. There is also an office with a day bed that can be used for a small child. The kitchen and living room are also upstairs and the living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa in it. There is also another bathroom upstairs in addition to the master bathroom in the master bedroom. The kitchen is completely outfitted for a cook.
The downstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has a twin trundle bed. The family room also has a twin sofa bed. There is a partial kitchen in the downstairs family room. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and cabinets and a microwave/convection oven and hotplate. This opens out to a stone patio with a George Foreman BBQ grill and fruit trees, tropical plants, table and chairs
